From January 14 to March 2, 2024, as part of the Banff Mountain Film Festival in Quebec, a photo exhibition on the Tranboreale Expedition 2023 will accompany the tour in 23 cities across Quebec.
Directed by Marie France L’Ecuyer, in collaboration with Samuel Lalande-Markon, the exhibition will reveal some twenty outstanding images from the expedition, and will plunge you into the heart of this 2,960-km journey, by bike and on skis, from one end of Quebec to the other.… Lire la suite

Next Saturday, I’ll be boarding a floatplane with five other canoeists for Lac de Gras, 300 km from Yellowknife. From there, we’ll head down the Coppermine River to the community of Kugluktuk, in the Arctic Gulf.

Quebec adventurers Simon-Pierre Goneau and Samuel Lalande-Markon are the first to travel from the southernmost point to the northernmost point of Quebec.
